SEAT makes cars that combine Spanish passion with German technology. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the German Volkswagen group, SEAT is one of the most recent players among the European car makers. Currently there is a choice of ten models from sports cars through middle-class saloons to the dynamic all-rounder.
SEAT is based in Martorell near Barcelona in Spain. This is where all SEAT cars are developed and mostly manufactured. Some 11,000 employees work for the SEAT brand.
SEAT’s German importer, SEAT Deutschland GmbH, is based in Weiterstadt near Darmstadt. It employs some 160 people.
