Bavaria is great. It’s as simple as that, and I say that as someone who came to live there from somewhere else and whose mother grew up on a lighthouse on the North Sea. Thanks to the Liberalitas Bavariae, even so-called “imported Bavarians” can get good jobs here and live from them. One major DAX company group is located right next to another and the sectors are as diverse as the seasons, there’s no commercial monoculture. Anyone wanting to experiment can form a start-up company, those preferring a more secure existence can work for BMW. Those wanting to think long and hard about company strategy spend a few days in the Alps, those wanting to party go to the “Wies’n”, where the Oktoberfest is held. Or they can go back to one of the state’s top universities. TNG fits well into all this. We hire good people from all over the world who have a passion for developing software, who can think mathematically-analytically and who like living here. And then we solve our clients’ IT problems – the trickier and the more difficult, the better.
The problem might be a secret project for a start-up where everything’s new or it might just as easily be a central system for a major company group, which needs to be saved and improved. “If I want things to work, I talk to TNG”, one of our clients says. Bavaria’s simply great! (Henrik Klagges, managing director of Technology Consulting GmbH)
