START Zeitarbeit NRW – Looking towards a successful future with innovative concepts and qualified temporary employees

aa1484-kopierenOpening up employment prospects for people in North Rhine-Westphalia by means of temporary work: the objective outlined by START. We respond to the challenges faced by the labour and training markets, set stand­­ards and develop pioneering instruments de­­signed for labour market integration.

Tailor-made qualifications. A large pro­­por­­tion of START earnings are devoted to quali­­fica­­tion measures. We prepare temporary workers specifically for their assignments. This in turn allows companies to success­­fully bridge staff shortages at times when qualified workers are in short supply.

Partnership-based training Together with cooper­­ating companies, we offer apprenticeships as well as traineeships in more than 60 pro­­fessions. Such opportunities, are aimed among others, at adolescents whose prospects of finding a place­­ment are limited. For this, START final­­is­­es the training contract and is responsible for the whole training man­­age­ment. The co­oper­­ating company con­­ducts the professional train­­­­ing and makes a contribution to the apprentice­­ship allow­­ance. So far more than 1,000 ap­­pren­­­­­tice­­ship contracts have been effectuated.

Strong presence in NRW. START is spon­­sored by a wide range of local partners. These in­­clude, for example, top-class asso­­ciations within the economy, the state of NRW, lo­­cal authority associations and the Federation of German Trade Unions (DGB).
