The Coronary and Cardiovascular Centre in Rotenburg an der Fulda lies high above the small town of Rotenburg with its half-timbered houses in the centre of Germany. The clinic centre combines excellent medical services in acute cardiological medicine, coronary and vascular surgery and cardiological rehabilitation with comfortable accommodation. This is medical treatment where everything is close at hand – from diagnosis through treatment to rehabilitation, the various fields intertwine smoothly with each other.
Sensible additions have been made to the specialities neurology and orthopaedics. An acute neurology centre with a stroke unit has been based at the Centre since 2010. The latest medical technology, such as a hybrid operating theatre and one of the most powerful magnetic resonance tomographs (MRT), the Centre’s own Institute for Clinical Research, the teaching clinic for clinical nutrition, the “HKZ Aktiv” Therapy Centre and comprehensive dietary advice in rehab and prevention all demonstrate the Clinic’s recognized high level of care. The Practice and Care Centre with several specialist practices and the German Worker’s Welfare Centre complete the extensive offer for the patients’ wellbeing.
