Living space is viewed more and more as a phase-of-life property, with the result that the length of stay in tenancies is decreasing rapidly. Mobile work no­­mads demand more flexibility, poorer social groups need extremely affordable living space. As a leading real estate company in the area of the city of Wies­­baden, we work every day in this area of tension. For that reason, we under­­stand ourselves to be a moderator in the outlined process of social change and are constantly at work on the development of market-ready solutions that are economically sustainable.
