PFALZNUDEL pasta is unique – not only in shape but also in taste. It all started with pasta in the shape of grapes. Inspired by the wine-producing countryside of Rhineland Palatinate and irritated by the boring selection on the pasta shelf, Heinz Thelen came up with the first ever themed pasta. Today, the company is the global market leader in themed pasta production. Prams, tractors, flowers, high heels, golfers, horses – anything goes when it comes to PFALZNUDEL shapes. Add to that the multiple colours on offer, as well as pasta in special flavours like chilli, fig, gingerbread, chocolate or chestnut. At the same time, however, the manufacturer takes great care in choosing ingredients of exceptional quality, processing them gently and avoiding any colourings and preservatives. PFALZNUDEL was the only pasta to be awarded top marks by Gault Millau (Germany’s gourmet guide).
What is more, PFALZNUDEL is also committed to social projects. The company collaborates with disabled workshops, for example, is involved in addiction help services and supports chosen cultural projects.
